ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Second Voice Pro Ltd (“SVP”, “us”, “we” and “our”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Accordingly, we have established this Privacy Policy to inform you as to how we look after your Personal Data when you visit our Website.

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any “Personal Data” we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

For the purpose of the Act, SVP is the data controller and its data controller registration number is ZB502892. For the purposes of GDPR legislation SVP may also act as the data processor on behalf of its clients. You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). We reserve the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and in response to changes in applicable law. If we change our privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page and may place notices on other pages of our website, so that you are aware of any amendments.

Personal Data is held by SVP using appropriate technical and procedural safeguards to maintain its privacy and security. However, it should be noted that data transfers take place over Wi-Fi or mobile networks over which we have no control.

Your Personal Data is stored on our ActiveCampaign cloud-based database, and as such may be transferred to, and stored or otherwise processed at a destination outside of the UK.

SVP will not otherwise provide your Personal Data to a third party without obtaining your prior consent, except in case of providing it to (a) successors in title to our business; or (b) a third party pursuant to laws or regulations; or (c) in order to enforce or apply the Terms and Conditions; or (d) to protect the rights, property or safety of others; or (e) as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

 

RETENTION OF YOUR DATA

We will retain Personal Data for two years after the point at which it was submitted to our website or the last email contact with that individual, or when you elect to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST INFORMATION

You have the right to request copies of all Personal Data processed by us relating to you, and the right to erasure of any Personal Data (except those processes based upon legal obligation or public task). You have the right to withdraw consent for us to process your data based upon this consent.

Individuals have the right to contact SVP via email, telephone, letter, in order to limit the use and disclosure of their Personal Data. For security reasons we may ask for proof of your identity before we disclose information about you, or to you, via email or over the telephone.

This website may from time to time provide links to other third-party websites, whose privacy practices may differ from those of SVP. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites.
