Sales + People

Our approach to finding, training and supporting salespeople is about making them the beating heart of our business success.

We Believe Sales Success Is About Potential, Not Pedigree

Great salespeople aren’t born - they’re built. We believe that the right mindset beats the right CV every time. That’s why we don’t hire based on past experience - we look for resilience, adaptability, and the ability to connect with people.

No CVs

Sales isn’t about where you’ve been - it’s about how you think, how you learn, and how you show up. We back people with potential, not just polished resumes.

Lead with Phone

Tech makes outreach easier, but it doesn’t replace the human touch. Sales is still about people. That’s why we train SDRs to pick up the phone first, cutting through the digital noise and building relationships that actually convert.

Tech to Enable

AI and automation are powerful - when used right. We use smart tech to enhance efficiency, not replace human connection, so SDRs spend less time on prospecting and more time selling.
